Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Animas Animals. They are reserved especially for you and your companion. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to offer your appointment time to someone who may be waiting to be seen. Therefore, we have an enforced 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. There will be a $50 fee charged for late cancellation or “no show” appointments. This fee will be collected prior to rescheduling your appointment time.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments, which result in a cancellation fee. We send reminders by email days prior to your appointment time. Not receiving a reminder is not a sufficient reason to miss an appointment. We send reminders as a courtesy, but clients are responsible to keep or cancel their appointments regardless of whether they receive a reminder or not.

Payment Policy
Animas Animals requires full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, check or Venmo.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
